Frankfort School District 157-C serves over 2,500 students in grades Pre-K through 8.
Frankfort School District 157-C (FSD 157-C) is comprised of three grade-level centers: Grand Prairie Elementary School serves students Pre-K through 2nd grade, Chelsea Intermediate School serves students 3rd-5th grade, and Hickory Creek Middle School serves students 6th-8th grade.
FSD 157-C has long been recognized as an outstanding district in the state of Illinois. Experienced staff members, high-achieving students, supportive family members, comprehensive school programs, and the district’s history of financial stability lay the foundation to continue our tradition of excellence.
The mission of District 157-C is to prepare all students to be confident, life-long learners and productive citizens by challenging them to reach their fullest potential and by providing a quality educational environment in partnership with family and community.
