2026 Ambassador Committee

I am a Consultant who works to partner with like-minded, successful business owners seeking to reduce the amount of time they spend maintaining their technology and defense systems. Together with a growing team of managed technical experts, our primary objective is to help you reach your business goals utilizing the ever-changing world and power of technology. 

Chris Herder, owner of Herder Bros, a family owned company that has been in business since 1920. Herder Bros has been a Frankfort Chamber member since 1970. We have been located in Frankfort since 1977. Our main focus is trucking, serving the Chicago Metro area. We also move pianos and perform smaller moving jobs in the same area. Along with serving on the Concert on the Green, Ambassador and Fall Fest chamber committees, I also serve on The Frankfort Arts Association, Operation Playground and Frankfort Brass Band boards.   

A member of Prestwick since 1976, he helped organize the purchase of the club by its members in 1984 and served on the first Board of Directors, writing the original bylaws. He later served five years as President and has been actively involved with membership efforts and as an Ambassador. Now retired, he enjoys meeting prospective members and sharing his long history with the club.
