DV Case Manager
The role is responsible for providing individualized support to clients, both one-on-one and in group settings, to help them achieve self-sufficiency and heal from the effects of domestic violence. The position involves coordinating and overseeing the case management needs of shelter and Lifeline clients, ensuring housing stability, and promoting long-term self-sufficiency. Key responsibilities include assessing clients’ immediate needs, coordinating services, making referrals, monitoring progress, and advocating for clients to access necessary resources. The role also requires fostering a cooperative living environment, utilizing trauma-informed practices and conflict resolution strategies. Additionally, the position involves assisting clients with goal setting, crisis intervention, and facilitating access to services to ensure their success in both the shelter and Lifeline programs.
