Bloom: Dynamic Wellness Workshop- Mother's Day

Description

Shayna and I very excited to offer a summer workshop series that incorporates a little bit of everything!  We will start by doing some basic stretches and yoga poses to get the blood flowing and merge our breathe with movement, and ease into a grounding meditation. 

Depending on the age group, we will lead a variety of writing exercises, journaling, coloring, or sketching to increase our positive self talk, self awareness and find our light! 

Shayna will  treat us to a unique sound healing session to end the workshop. 

Each participant will receive a Free Mother's day gift.
