2024 Concerts on the Green

The Frankfort Chamber of Commerce is seeking your support for its annual Concerts on the Green series.

The Concerts are held Sunday evenings from Father's Day to the end of August at Breidert Green in historic downtown Frankfort.  The concerts attract visitors from all over the area and feature a variety of music from pop to country to big bands and more. Attendance ranges from 500 to 1100 people each week. Independent, private sponsors like you make this fine program possible. Since 1998, we have asked for your support, so that we may continue to offer an excellent array of entertainment.

This year the Frankfort Chamber of Commerce is dedicating the Concerts on the Green series to the memory of our beloved and long-serving Concert Chair, Pam Griffin, who passed away in late 2023.  Pam's contributions to the committee as the Chair for over two decades earned her the prestigious Volunteer of the Year award from the Frankfort Chamber in 2019.  She was an exceptional leader who worked tirelessly to ensure the success of every concert.  During her tenure, Pam organized many events, including the Winter Concert Series and the 30th-anniversary celebration of Concerts on the Green.  Her ability to recruit talent and build strong relationships with bands and agents made the Concerts on the Green series what it is today.  Pam's dedication and commitment to her role were truly remarkable, and we will always remember her with great respect and admiration.
