As a nation we have faced many traumatic events over the last few years. Turn on the news and you will be bombarded with all sorts of horrible news. Sometimes it seems that as soon as we recover from one another hits us. Then we can add any personal stressor or life changing events. This builds up and builds up until you find yourself struggling to manage your day to day life. This cycle of stress and trauma leaves you overwhelmed, exhausted, on edge, and desperate for relief. What you need is the ability to pull on resources to help you heal and cope.
There has been much research done recently on resourcing and its ability to heal. Resourcing has been used to help communities of people build resilience especially in times of need.
?In this workshop you will learn how to discover those resources within yourself as well as how to call upon them at times of need. By building emotional resilience, it is easier to navigate the ups and downs of life.
