The Assistant Store Manager plays a critical role in the successful daily operation of the store, the growth
of online sales, and the engagement and oversight of volunteers. Reporting to the Store Manager, this position
supports the achievement of sales goals, ensures operational excellence, and upholds the agency’s standards
for customer service, donation processing, merchandising, and volunteer leadership.  This position covers for the
Store Manager’s time-off, serving as their back-up.
 
As the lead for Online Sales, this position curates and manages product listings, coordinates inventory, pricing,
packaging, and shipping, and meets established revenue goals. They ensure high-quality listings with detailed
product descriptions and images, and maintain timely fulfillment practices.
 
This role is responsible for ensuring volunteers are equipped, appreciated, and aligned with Neat Repeats
Resale’s policies and procedures. This position requires strong organizational, leadership, and communication
skills and a proactive, detail-oriented approach to balancing in-store responsibilities with e-commerce goals
and team coordination.
