The Staff Training Coordinator is responsible for the development and implementation of a comprehensive staff training program, which meets all laws and regulations which apply to agency operations; and provides staff with the information and training to perform their job functions with the highest quality possible. Conducts focused educational/training needs assessments within specified work teams; designs, develops, delivers, and evaluates a range of responsive educational curricula and training programs within defined fields of expertise.
Education Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Education or Related Field, Valid Driver’s License
Experience Required: Experience working with DV Victims 5+ years of job-related experience. Strong Project Management and
personal workflow skills. Proficient in Microsoft office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Bilingual, Spanish speaking and writing a plus.

o PAIP Certification
o Sexual Assault Certified
o ICDVP Certification
Skills Needed: Work autonomously and productively Highly organized, strong attention to detail. Problem Solver, team member and sound judgement, outstanding leadership, interpersonal and problem- solving skills. Must have the ability to create a
comprehensive plan and follow through on each detail. This person must be highly organized, have excellent relationship building skills and experience and enjoy a fast-paced work environment. problem- solving skills.
