The next presentation in our series will be focused on "Mental Health in the Workplace: Educating Ourselves & Helping One Another," presented by Troy Siewert from Insightful Crisis Response. This engaging presentation will enable participants to recognize better the signs & symptoms of anxiety, depression, and substance use disorder and implement a simple strategy to assist their co-workers, clients, and customers who may be experiencing mental health challenges. The hopeful result is a happier, healthier workplace where individuals can thrive.
