SUMMARY:Bloom: Dynamic Wellness Workshop (ages 5-10)
DESCRIPTION:Shayna and I very excited to offer a summer workshop series that incorporates a little bit of everything!  We will start by doing some basic stretches and yoga poses to get the blood flowing and merge our breathe with movement\, and ease into a grounding meditation. \n\n\n\nDepending on the age group\, we will lead a variety of writing exercises\, journaling\, coloring\, or sketching to increase our positive self talk\, self awareness and find our light! \n\n\n\nShayna will  treat us to a unique sound healing session to end the workshop.
