Building Hope for the Future: Caring for the Caregiver

The role of being a caregiver can be both challenging and stressful. Aging is an inevitable part of life and often, a shift in roles is inevitable as well. This program will help normalize the aging process and help caregivers learn how to care for themselves to remain healthy both physically and mentally.

-Caregivers will learn how to make informed decisions and be proactive in decision-making not only for themselves, but for their loved ones. 
- Will provide an opportunity to learn personal growth and development for individuals who provide care for their loved ones.

About Building Hope for the Future

Building Hope for the Future is a free educational series available to the public provided by our community professionals based on specific topics where needs have been identified.  While individuals may feel alone and isolated, this program will provide you a new foundation from which you can rebuild as well as address your specific circumstances and begin to develop a plan to implement change and goals for the future.
 
This program will offer you a forum wherein you can address your specific circumstances and will provide you a new foundation from which you can build and develop a plan to implement positive change, develop constructive goals for the future, and find courage and strength.
